Shaoxing yellow rice wine is quite popular among Japanese.According to market survey,Shaoxing yellow rice wine has occupied about 90 % market share in Japanese yellow rice wine market.Shaoxing has deep historical relations with Japan and its centuries-old cultural background has strongly attracted Japanese.In this paper,the relation between Shaoxing yellow rice wine and Japanese was investigated from four aspects.（Tran.by YUE Yang）
