Solis椎间融合器植入治疗Ⅱ型及Ⅱa型Hangman骨折(附10例报告) 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价应用Solis椎间融合器治疗Ⅱ型及Ⅱa型Hangman骨折的临床疗效。方法采用经颈前路Solis椎间融合器植入治疗Ⅱ型及Ⅱa型Hangman骨折患者10例,记录术前及末次随访的创伤后颈椎临床评分、颈部疼痛的VAS评分、枢椎移位及成角数据,行统计学分析。结果融合节段及骨折部位均于3个月后骨性融合。术后颈椎临床评分提高、颈部疼痛VAS评分降低、枢椎成角及枢椎移位均较前改善(P均<0.05)。均无手术并发症。结论应用Solis椎间融合器治疗Ⅱ型及Ⅱa型Hangman骨折具有简化手术、减少创伤、固定稳妥、融合率高等优点,临床疗效满意。 Objective To evaluate clinical outcomes of using Solis in treatment of type Ⅱ and Ⅱa Hangman's fracture.Methods A total of 10 Hangman's fracture patients were treated through anterior cervical intervertebral fusion with Solis cage.Pre-operative and the latest follow-up data of clinical post-traumatic neck score,VAS of neck pain,angle deformity and displacement distance of axis were recorded and analyzed.Results All segments and fracture sites were solid fused after 3 month.The pre-operative clinical post-traumatic neck score improved,the VAS of neck pain decreased,the angle deformity and the displacement distance reduced(P〈0.05).No complications occurred.Conclusion The application of Solis in treatment of typeⅡ and Ⅱa Hangman's fracture simplify operative procedure and reduce operative injury.The fixation is reliable and fusion rate is good.
