地板基材蜡的研制

Preparation of floor wax

根据南阳石蜡精细化工厂石油蜡生产现状和地板基材蜡的质量指标要求,选用石蜡和中间原料为主要原料。通过实验确定选用添加剂B,其中添加剂B与蜡互溶性好,黏度小,并且蜡结晶细腻,不渗油。结合成膜性及实际应用效果,确定了地板基材蜡配方:w(中间原料)为30%、w(石蜡)为65%、w(添加剂B)为5%。研制的地板基材蜡经用户使用检测发现,涂地板基材蜡后木板的吸水膨胀率降低非常明显,甲醛释放量也有了很大降低,完全满足用户的要求。

In accordance with the production status of Nanyang Wax Fine Chemical Plant and the quality requirements of floor wax,the selection of paraffin wax and intermediate raw material could be used as main materials.As a result of trials,additives B was used for its good solubility with wax,good viscosity,delicate wax crystals,and no oil leakage.A combination of film forming and the practical application determined the compound for floor wax.It can be known that the best formula： mass fraction of intermediate raw materials was 30%,mass fraction of paraffin wax was 65%,and mass fraction of additives B was 5%.It was found that rate of swelling thickness of floor with the floor wax was decreased evidently,and the formaldehyde release was also decreased greatly,which satisfied the need of customers.
