摘要
当前,房地产泡沫问题是我国各界关注的焦点,很多观点认为其与日本在上世纪80年代末至90年代初的情况相似。本文分析了日本房地产泡沫的表现形式与调控政策的失误,并结合我国情况提出对策建议。
Nowadays,real estate bubble concerns all attentions in our country;many views believe that this is similar with Japan’s situation in later 1980s to early 1990s.This paper analyzes the forms of Japan’s real estate bubble and policy regulation mistakes,and then unifies our country’s situation to propose some policy suggestions.
