With the government＇s introduction of ＂opening western China to the outside world＂ policy andthe construction of ＂Central Asian Economic Circle＂,Xinjiang gives top priority to education development andtalents cultivation.The enormous potential of cooperation between Xinjiang and Central Asia in continuingeducation and personnel training is to be fulfilled so as to break through the bottleneck of the currentdevelopment,thus paving the way for international cooperation and development of extend education.
