摘要
采用真空快冷炉进行Ti-22V-4Al合金的热处理实验,同时对冷却速度与组织性能的关系进行了探讨分析。结果表明:经真空快冷炉处理,材料的组织和性能完全达到标准要求,且无第二相析出。
Heat treatment tecnology of Ti-22V-4Al was investigated by using vacuum furace.The relationship between the cooling rate,microstructure and property has been discussed.The result shows that the property of Ti-4Al-22V alloy wire can meet the requirement through heat treatment by using vacuum furnace.
