Progresses of Study on the Technology of Equal Channel Angular Extrusion

摘要 等通道侧向挤压技术(ECAE)是提高合金塑性、改善组织性能的一种重要途径,对提高后续成形加工质量有重要作用。本文论述了等通道侧向挤压的原理及工业应用,描述了ECAE挤压过程,对ECAE过程中的挤压路径、挤压角度、挤压速度、挤压温度等工艺参数对组织性能的影响做了详细的分析。 Equal channel angular extrusion(ECAE) is an important technology to improve the plasticity and structure property of alloys and plays an important role in improving quality of follow-up processing.In this paper,the development and industrial applications of ECAE is described.Extrusion process,and the effects of path of extrusion,extrusion angle,extrusion speed,extrusion temperature and other process parameters on structure property are analyzed and the research and application are proposed.
