石太客运专线板式无砟轨道施工成套技术研究

Study on Complete Construction Technique of Slab Ballastless Track on Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan Passenger Dedicated Line

结合石太客运专线工程特点,特别是针对长大隧道内板式无砟轨道的施工,开展了CRTSⅠ型轨道板施工技术与工艺的研究以及配套装备的研制。施工实践证明,成套技术效果良好,施工质量满足相关标准的要求,其全自动水泥乳化砂浆搅拌车具有较大的创新性,鉴定认为技术水平达到了国际先进。

Combined with engineering characteristics of Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan Passenger Dedicated Line,especially slab ballastless track construction in large tunnel,CRTSⅠ track slab construction technique and process are studied and its auxiliary equipment is developed.It is proven from construction practice that complete technique has preferable effect and construction quality satisfies relevant standard.Completely automatic emulsified cement mortar agitating lorry is highly innovative.It is identified that its technique has come up to international advanced standard.
