论农民分享经济增长的限制性因素及对策

Current Restrictive Factors of the Peasants'Sharing Economic Growth and Countermeasures

受主客观因素制约,我国农民长期无权、无钱、无力分享经济增长。重新思考农民阶级的政治定位,以土地国有化为突破口,着力破除城乡二元结构;完善农村投融资体制,建立农民教育体系,建立城乡协调发展机制,促进农民全面分享经济增长。

Restricted by subjective and objective factors, the peasants have no fight, no money and no capability to share the economic growth for a long time in China. The political position of the peasantry should be reconsidered. The city and countryside dual structure should be reformed. The investing and circulating system in the countryside should be perfected. The education system for peasants should be established. The coordinated development mechanism of urban and rural areas should be built up so as to promote the peasants＇ sharing comprehensively the economic growth.
