摘要
本文通过对四川浓香型白酒的品质优势剖析,提出了以四川系列功能调味酒替代四川普通原酒是川酒在全国范围内大流通的发展通趋势,进而展望了四川功能调味酒的研发思路及其应用特性,以期促进中国浓香型白酒业的进一步发展。
This article analyzed the quality of the Chinese strong aromatic spirits in Sichuan, put forward that use the functional flavouring liquor to replace general liquor is the development trend of Sichuan liquor in China. Further prospected the research and application of Sichuan functional flavouring liquor, in order to enhance the development of Chinese strong aromatic spirits.
