THE EFFECTS OF ENVIRONMENT AND NUTRIENT ON THE COMMERCIAL COCKERELS OF STAR-CROSS 579 IN STARTING PERIOD

摘要 本试验研究了不同季节营养因子对蛋用商品代星杂579公雏育雏期的生产性能及某些血清生化指标的影响。试验在冬、春、夏三个季节内完成,分别选用700、630和600只试验鸡。试验期从3日龄至30日龄。试验鸡被随机分为3组。组Ⅰ日粮按我国蛋用鸡0~6周龄饲养标准配制;组Ⅱ日粮按商品代星杂579母鸡0~6周龄饲养标准配制;组Ⅲ日粮按我国肉用仔鸡0~4周龄饲养标准配制。试验结果为:1.各季节均以组Ⅱ的鸡生长最快,其中冬季组Ⅲ比组Ⅰ生长快(P<0.05),夏季则相反;2.育雏期各周次的增重(△W)与对应的日平均采食量(FI)呈极显著的线性函数关系,△W=2.55FI-4.03,r=0.96;3;料肉比与增重间不存在显著的线性相关(P>0.05);4.夏季的血清总蛋白含量极显著地高于春季和冬季(P<0.01),冬春两季无显著差异。 Three experiments were conducted in winter,spring and summer to study the effects of nutrient and season on the productioin performance and some serum biochemical indexes in commercial cockerels of Star-Cross 579, with 700,630 and 600 birds.Chickens in starting period trials respectively,from 3 to 30 days of age,were randomly seperated into three groups.The diet for group Ⅰ was formulated according to the Chinese feeding standard for egg-laying hens in starting period;for group Ⅱ was to the feeding standard for Commercial Star-Cross 579 hens at brood time,and for group Ⅲwas to the Chinese feeding standard for broiler of starting period.The results were as follows 1.Chickens in group Ⅱgrew fastest in all seasons.Chickens in group Ⅲ grew faster than in group Ⅰin winter(P<0.05),but it was just contrary in summer.2.There was a very significant linear functional relation between weekly body weight gain(△W) and average daily feed intake(FI),△W=2.55FI-4.03(r=0.96).3.There was no significant(P>0.05) linear relation between body weight gain and feed conversion rate.4.The activity of glutamine pyruvata transaminase(GPT),the contents of nonprotein nitrogen(NPN) and the total protein(TP) in serum were not affected by diets(P>0.05).The activity of GPT was not influenced by season(P>0.05),but NPN contents betwean groups had very significant difference(P<0.01) among seasons,i.e,high in winter,medium in summer and low in spring.TP content was very significantly higher in summer than in spring or winter (P<0.01),but no signficant differece was found between in winter and spring(P>0.05).
