摘要 介绍了美国ANSI Z136.1激光安全标准及波长为400~1400 nm的激光对视网膜光谱危害区域最大辐射量的确定规则,列出了最大许可辐射量,人眼激光危害距离等参数的计算方法,对此光谱区激光的飞机人眼危害范围和防护眼罩光密度选定方法进行分析,并以国际卫星激光测距网的常规卫星激光测距站所采用的激光器为例分析了激光人眼安全参数和对策,这对从事激光相关工作人员在评估激光对人眼危害时具有较高的参考价值。 The paper presents the ANSI Z136.1 laser safety standard which gives out three rules and their corresponding safety thresholds for various damage mechanism.For each rule,a Maximum Permissible Exposure(MPE) can be calculated.The minimum MPE among the three is the MPE for eye′s safety.Formula and method are also presented to calculate the Nominal Ocular Hazard Distance(NOHD) and the density of the protection glass.Analysis examples are illustrated with the laser parameters of several satellite laser ranging stations.
