摘要
气体火花开关是放电激励脉冲HF激光器的关键部件之一,其性能直接影响激光器的正常运转。本文介绍了气体火花开关的设计,并对其静态自击穿特性和动态触发特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:在开关工作气压为0.1~0.4 MPa情况下,静态自击穿电压约10~30 kV,且稳定性较好;在触发电压前沿约20 ns,幅值约45 kV的情况下,欠压比大于80%时,开关时延小于120 ns,开关抖动小于6 ns;开关具有较大的工作范围,约为55%~60%。开关用于放电激励脉冲HF激光器,实现了激光器稳定运行。
Spark gap switch is a key element of discharge initiated pulsed HF laser,which contributes much to the laser′s stable operation.The design of the spark gap switch is introduced in the paper,and the static self-breakdown characteristics and the dynamic triggering characteristics of the spark gap switch have been studied experimentally.It shows good stability with static self-breakdown voltage within 10~30 kV at a pressure of 0.1~0.4 MPa.A delay time shorter than 120 ns and a jitter time lower than 6 ns have been obtained as the trigger voltage rise-time is 20 ns and the voltage is 45 kV.The developed spark gap switch has a wide working range of approximately 55%~60%.Using the developed spark gap switch,steady operating of HF laser has been realized.
