摘要
设计一种气动自动送料系统,介绍了该系统的构成和工作原理,阐述了气动回路和电气回路的设计。该系统采用PLC-人机界面的控制方式,实现了送料的自动化,节约了大量人工成本,可应用于相关加工机床。
A pneumatic automatic feeding system has been designed in this paper. The principle and consisting of system are analyzed, and the designs of pneumatic circuit and electrical circuit are described. The conlrol method of PLC and htnruan-machine interface is used. It realizes automatic feeding and saves a lot of labor costs, can be applied to the relevant processing machines.
