汽轮机停机后高压内下缸内壁温度急剧下降的原因分析及防范措施

摘要 针对云浮发电厂#2机组停机后汽轮机高压内下缸内壁温度急剧下降的现象,详细分析了造成此现象的原因,并采取了相应的防范措施,使高压内缸上、下缸温差控制在标准范围内,保证了汽轮机的安全稳定运行。 For an phenomenon that the temperature of inside wall of high pressure down cylinder in turbine dropped sharply after the Units have been stop of Yunfu Power station # 2, this paper analyzed the reason of this cause in detail, and have taken the corresponsive measures to control the temperature gap between the up cylinder and down cylinder of high pressure in standard scope, which ensured the safety and stable operation of turbine.
