稀土工业固体废物的浸出特性研究

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱及其它测定方法测定浸取液中的重金属元素含量。对仪器的工作参数和被测元素的分析谱线进行了优化和选择。在不同Ph值条件,用自来水浸泡一定量的稀土工业固体废物,随着浸泡时间的延长,重金属的浸出值有增加,直至达到平衡。酸浸渣的浸取液的PH值最小,精矿分离及污水处理产生的污泥属危险废物,因为具有较大的环境风险。 ICP-AES and other means were applied to determination heavy metal concentrations of soaking. Working condition of the instrument and choice of analytical spectral Lines for the elements were tested and optimized. A certain amount of solid wasted produced by Rare-earth industry was soaked in tap water at different temperature and PH values. The release rate of heavy metal in creased gradually along with the time of soaking and finally reached an equilibrium. The release rate of Pb increased as the temperature in Creased. PH of soaking sour solid waster was minim. The results also suggest that PH of soaking of Solid waste produced by refined min separating and waste water treatment belong to risk waste and have a potential risk to the environment.
