摘要
水分胁迫降低小麦幼苗的光合速率、叶绿素含量和叶水势,抑制RuBP羧化酶、超氧物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性,增加气孔阻力和丙二醛含量,并促进过氧化物酶活性。叶面喷施105mol/L的6BA可以阻止水分胁迫条件下小麦幼苗光合速率、叶绿素含量和叶水势的下降,提高上述四种酶活性,降低气孔阻力和丙二醛含量,从而减轻了水分胁迫下活性氧对膜的伤害,利于小麦幼苗抵御干旱的危害。
Effect of 6 BA(10 5 mol/L) pretreatment as foliar spray in restoring the metabolic alterations relating to net photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content, ribulose 1,5 bisphosphate carboxylase(RuBPCase), superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxindase(POD) and catalase(CAT) activities as imposed by water stress was investigated in wheat seedlings It was noted that in wheat treated with 6 BA, the decreasing of photosynthetic rate and content of chlorophyll was inhibited, and the RuBPCase, SOD, POD and CAT activities were increased, and water status of wheat seedlings under water stress was improving while the stomatal resistance and the content of malondialdedyde(MDA) were decreased Thus 6 BA reduced the damage of activated oxygen on membrane by water stress and increased the drought resistance The effiect of 6 BA maybe related with the change of endogenous hormones
