摘要
目的评价蜂花粉王浆胶囊对小鼠是否具有增强免疫力的功能。方法选用健康小鼠,连续30 d灌胃后,按照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》进行试验。结果经30 d灌胃后,剂量组动物的淋巴细胞增殖能力明显增强,与阴性对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3个剂量组动物吞噬指数及中、高剂量组的吞噬率与阴性对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01);中、高剂量组动物的溶血空斑数明显增多,与阴性对照组相比有差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蜂花粉王浆胶囊对小鼠具有增强免疫力的作用。
Objective To evaluate the efficiency of bee pollen royal jeUy capsule to improve mice immunity. Methods Healthy mice were selected for the gavage of bee pollen royal jelly capsule according to Technical Standards for Testing & Assessment of Health Food. Results After 30 days, the lymphocytes proliferation of the three dosage groups were obviously improved. There were significant differences between three dosage groups and the negative control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The phagocytic index of the three dosage groups were significantly different from the negative control group ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ), and the phagocytic percentage of the middle-dosage group and the high-dosage group were significantly different from the negative control group (P 〈0. 01). Besides, the hemolytic plaque of the middle-dosage group and the high-dosage group were significantly increased ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The bee pollen royal jelly capsule could enhance the immunity of mice.
