生物蛋白胶配合明胶海绵(或纳西绵)作为鼻腔手术填充材料的应用

The application of fibrin sealant and gelatin sponge (or nasopore) as packing materials in endoscopic sinus surgery

目的探讨生物蛋白胶配合明胶海绵(或纳西绵)作为鼻腔手术填充材料的应用及其意义。方法回顾性总结、分析85例应用生物蛋白胶配合明胶海绵(或纳西绵)和41例应用其他方法术中鼻腔填塞的患者术后鼻腔出血、鼻腔粘连及耐受性。结果 85例应用生物蛋白胶配合明胶海绵(或纳西绵)的患者中术后清理鼻腔时出血5例,无术后鼻腔粘连;41例应用其他填塞物的患者术后撤出填塞物时有12例出血较多,鼻腔出现不同程度粘连5例;使用生物蛋白胶配合明胶海绵(或纳西绵)患者的耐受性均较好。结论应用生物蛋白胶配合明胶海绵(或纳西绵)作为鼻腔手术填充材料,对预防术后鼻腔出血及粘连效果及耐受性均较好。

Objective To study the application of fibrin sealant and gelatin sponge （or nasopore） as packing materials in the endoscopic sinus surgery and its significance. Methods The data of 85 patients who were applied with fibrin sealant and gelatin sponge （or nasopore） and 41 patients who were applied with other materials in the endoscopic sinus surgery were analyzed in terms of bleeding, nasal synechia and patients＇ tolerance of different packing materials postoperatively. Results Only five of the 85 patients applied with fibrin sealant and gelatin sponge （or nasopore） had nasal bleeding and nasal synechia postoperatively, while 12 of the 41 patients applied with other materials had nasal bleeding and five surfed from nasal synechia. Conclusions The use of fibrin sealant with gelatin sponge （or nasopore） in endoscopic sinus surgery can help prevent nasal bleeding and nasal synechia, and patients are quite tolerant.
