摘要
目的水热合成β-磷酸三钙/α-半水硫酸钙(β-TCP/α-CSH))复合人工骨,并检测其作为植骨材料的性能指标。方法用牛松质骨煅烧获得的多孔β-TCP与二水硫酸钙粉末按一定比例混合,置于水热釜中,同步水热合成β-TCP/α-CSH,比例分别为7:3、5:5、3:7的复合人工骨,并进行X线衍射、扫描电镜、孔隙率、自固化性能和生物力学检测。结果 X线衍射检测结果显示制备的复合人工骨颗粒主要成分为β-TCP、α-CSH和少量的羟基磷灰石,扫描电镜结果显示复合人工骨具有孔隙结构,孔隙由大孔/微孔结构组成,孔隙率为49.85%~56.75%,保持天然松质骨双峰曲线的孔隙结构,β-TCP/α-CSH复合人工骨具有原位自固化性能,压缩强度3.23~9.24MPa。结论利用多孔β-TCP和二水硫酸钙能够同步水热合成β-TCP/α-CSH复合人工骨,该人工骨具有天然松质骨的孔隙机构,并具有自固化性能。
Objective To hydrothermally synthesize compound bone graft made of beta tricalcium phosphate and alpha calcium sulphate hemihydrate ( β- TCP/α - CSH ), and study its property as a bone graft substitute. Methods A porous β - TCP made by calcining healthy bovine cancellous bone and calcium sulphate dihydrate powder were mixed in a particular proportion in a hydrotherreal kettle to hydrothermally synthesize compound bone graft made of β - TCP and α - CSH ( β- TCP/α - CSH are equal to 7/3, 5/5, and 3/7 respectively). X -ray diffraction( XRD)was used to detect the composition of the compound bone graft, and scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) was used to observe the structure of the compound bone graft. Porosity of the compound bone graft was measured by press - mercury meter. The self - setting and mechanic property of the compound bone graft was evaluated. Results The XRD results showed that major ingredients of the compound bone graft were β - TCP, α - CSH, and a little hydroxyapatite. The SEM results showed that the compound bone graft had amacro - and micro -poriferous structure. The porosity was 49.85% -56. 75% , just like the natural cancellous bone dual-peak curve poriferous structure. The compound bone graft showed good performance of self - setting in situ, its compression strength ranging from 3.23 - 9.24 MPa. Conclusions The compound bone graft made of β - TCP and α - CSH can be hydrothermally synthesized by using poriferous β - TCP and calcium sulphate dihydrate powder. It has the poriferous structure of the naturel cancellous bone and self - setting property.
