煅烧温度对Li_(1+x)V_3O_8电化学性能的影响

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了锂离子电池正极材料Li1+xV3O8;讨论了煅烧温度对材料循环性能的影响。利用FTIR、TG-DTA、XRD等手段表征材料的结构,在电池测试系统上对组装的电池进行了电化学性能测试。结果表明,在550℃下灼烧3 h得到的正极材料有较高的比容量和较好的循环性能。在50mA/g的电流密度下,在50次充放电循环过程中,容量曲线呈折线递增趋势。 Li1+xV3O8 as cathode material for Li-ion battery was prepared by sol-gel method.The effect of sintering temperature on the cyclic performance for materials was discussed.The physical characterizations of samples were studied by means of FTIR,TG-DTA,XRD and charge-discharge cycling was tested in battery test system too.The results showed that cathode material sintered at 550 ℃ for 3 h had higher specific capacity and better cyclic performance.Its capacity curve wined up during 50 charge-discharge cycles at a current density of 50 mA/g.
