摘要
对于铅蓄电池来说,在混合动力车辆(HEV)中作动力电池是一个新领域,需要满足与以往不同的使用条件。在HEV使用条件下,普通的铅蓄电池负极板上积累硫酸铅并很快失效;通过添加某种形式的碳可有效地提高铅蓄电池满足应用要求的能力。综述了以铅蓄电池技术为基础的超电池与Pb-C电池技术特性,及两种新型电池在这一应用领域实现的新突破;认为国内行业制造规模与技术基础以及国家政策的支持十分有利于企业投入开发新型铅蓄电池技术。
It is a new field for lead-acid batteries to apply to hybrid electric vehicles,in which the application requirements will be different from the past.Under this regime,lead sulfate accumulates on the negative plate of conventional lead-acid batteries and they fail quickly.This failure mode can be effectively countered by the addition of certain forms of carbon at greater concentrations in lead-acid batteries.The technical characteristics of ultra-battery and Pb-C battery that have been developed based on the lead acid chemistry and the new breakthrough on the HEV application were reviewed.And also the authors think that there is a great advantage for domestic enterprise to launch into these new type lead acid batteries upon the strong production ability and technique groundwork.
