摘要
为了加强区域路网在进行灾害紧急疏散、救援等方面的作用,避免因路网破坏而导致的城市功能性孤立、救援行动迟缓和次生灾害增多等现象发生,采用拓扑指数分析路网的分散、集中程度及路网结构可靠性。分析结果表明:加强孤立节点与其他节点的联系,可以大大增加整体路网的拓扑指数值;若2个节点之间已有1条或2条连接路段,在这个节点对之间新增一条新的路段对于整体路网稳定性的贡献不大,径向路网能够显著增强路网结构在抵抗灾害方面的可靠性;应用拓扑指数可清晰地定义路网的重要路段,为新增线路建设序列、灾后救援线路选择等方面提供方法支持。
In order to enhance the effect of regional road network on urgent dispersion and rescue and to prevent the functional isolation of city,the topological index was introduced to evaluate the disperse and concentration degree and the structural stability of regional road network.The study results show that: to strengthen the node and other nodes isolation can greatly increase the overall network topology values;if there are 1 or 2 connections between two nodes,to add a new road is not significantly to the stability of the whole network,and the radial road network can enhance the resistance of road network;the method of topological index can define the important sections in road network,and offer support for the concentration priority of new links and the alternative schemes of rescuing links after disasters.4 tabs,3 figs,12 refs.
