摘要
针对废CNG/汽油两用燃料发动机油,采用正交试验方案,优化设计絮凝试验,考察了硅酸钠溶液浓度、硅酸钠溶液加量、搅拌温度、搅拌时间、搅拌速度、沉降温度和沉降时间等因素对废机油再生质量的影响;得出了废CNG/汽油两用燃料发动机油再生的最佳工艺参数:硅酸钠溶液浓度为20%,硅酸钠溶液加量为10%,搅拌温度为75℃,搅拌时间为20 min,搅拌速度为1 000 r/min,沉降温度为70℃~80℃,沉降时间为16 h以上。
For the waste CNG/gasoline convertible-fuel engine oil,this paper arranged experiments with orthogonal design method and investigated the influence of test conditions,which are Na2SiO3 concentration,Na2SiO3 solution addition,mixing temperature,stirring time,stirring speed,sedimentation temperature,deposition time and other factors' on regenerated oil quality.The results show that the best process conditions are Na2SiO3 concentration 20%,Na2SiO3 solution addition 10%,mixing temperature 75 ℃,mixing time 20 min,stirring speed 1 000 r/min,deposition temperature from 70 ℃ to 80 ℃,deposition time more than 16 h.5 tabs,3 figs,11 refs.
