广东省高校高水平排球运动员文化学习现状调查分析

Analysis on Culture Learning Condition of College High-level Volleyball Players in Guangdong Province

通过调查广东省高校高水平排球运动员文化学习的实际情况,发现运动员在学习中存在着学习方法运用不当、学习积极性不高、学习基础差等问题。建议从规范招生政策、优化课程结构、改善教学手段、健全就业指导体系等方面完善高校高水平运动员文化学习管理制度。

Through making investigation on culture learning condition of high - level volleyball players in Guangdong province, this paper finds out that there are several problems in their culture learning such as improper learning method, low learning interest and poor learning base. It suggests that we should unify the recruiting policy, optimizing the structure of the course, improve the teaching method and perfect the career guidance system.
