小产权房问题的解决途径

针对小产权房的特点,从分析解决小产权房问题的难点入手,给出对现有小产权房的解决方案。认为解决小产权房问题应是一个渐进的过程,重点是完善农村集体土地所有权制度,提高监管力度,完善社会房屋保障体系,平衡社会的供需等。

From the characteristics of the restricted property houses,this paper tries to study the advantages and disadvantages in legalizing the restricted property houses.Difficulties in the legalization of the restricted property houses are probed into and approaches to the problems are presented.It is stated that solution to the restricted property houses is a gradual process,so priority should be given to the perfection of rural collective land ownership system,the further supervision of the restricted property houses,the improvement of housing insurance system and the balance between supply and demand of the society.
