The development of market economy demands the reform of college education and the flexibility in the cultivation of talents which can meet the need of the society.The paper starts with an analysis of the job markets for economics graduates and the employment situation of economics graduates from Dalian Nationalities University these years,and comes up with a training model for economics professionals in Nationalities Universities.
