This paper focuses on the details management of the electronic reading rooms in university libraries and introduces the following guiding thoughts for the management： safety-ensuring,energy-saving,convenient and fast,human-oriented,automatic,low-cost-targeted,high-efficiency-based,etc.It also presents some measures for references concerning environmental construction,resources construction,reader service and system management.
