颈动脉斑块形成与外周血血细胞参数的Logistic回归分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究外周血血细胞参数与颈动脉斑块形成之间的临床关联。方法收集2009年1月至2009年6月在我院国际保健中心检查颈动脉彩超的健康体检者407名,对颈动脉有无斑块分组行二项分类Logistic回归分析。结果外周血白细胞(WBC),血小板(PLT),单核细胞绝对值(M1)和中性粒细胞绝对值(N1)在有斑块组和无斑块组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析提示,外周血单核细胞绝对值(M1)首先进方程(Wald=29.617,P<0.001;B=-3.320,SE=0.443)。结论外周血单核细胞绝对值对预测颈动脉斑块有一定的临床意义。
