扁桃体切除对点滴型银屑病的疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的:局麻下行双侧扁桃体切除术后观察疗效。探讨病灶性扁桃体手术切除对点滴型银屑病的疗效影响。方法:搜集42例合并扁桃体炎的点滴型银屑病患者临床资料。结果:对点滴型银屑病的治愈率达到45%,总的有效率为78%。结论:链球菌及其他感染的积极预防性治疗,对预防全身性银屑病是有利的,扁桃体切除有助于银屑病的改善。
