摘要
目的探讨脑利钠肽(BNP)对无症状心力衰竭的诊断价值。方法使用微粒子免疫定量检测法,检测132例无症状的CHD患者血浆BNP水平并行超声心动图、心功能检测,进行比较分析。并于治疗后2周检测102例CHF患者血浆BNP水平。结果 132例CHD患者中BNP异常有102例(83.61%),其中超声心动图异常的92例,占90.18%。血浆BNP水平与LVEF呈负相关性(P<0.05)。治疗后2周BNP水平下降,而LVEF水平升高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BNP监测提高了无症状心衰的检出率,可作为较可靠的CHF早期诊断参考指标,对CHF严重程度和疗效以及预测预后具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the value of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) in diagnosis of silent heart failure(SHF).Methods To detect the level of BNP of 132 patients with silent CHD by microparticle enzyme immunoassays,and perform the ultrasonic cardiogram and the heart function examinations for these patients,and compare the result.And to detect the level of BNP of 102 patients with CHF after treatment for two weeks.Result Among 132 patients with CHD,the patients with abnormal BNP was 102 cases(83.61%),and the patients with abnormal echocardiography was 92 cases(90.18%) among them.The level of BNP had the negative correlation with LVEF(P0.05).The level of BNP decreased and the level of LVEF increased after treatment for two weeks.There was a significant difference(P0.05) comparing with the pretherapeutic level.Conclusion The detection of BNP improves the relevance ratio of SHF,and can be the much reliable early diagnostic reference index of CHF,and has an important significance in evaluating the severity,the curative effects and the prognosis of CHF.
