摘要 三叉神经痛（TN）是一种神经病性疼痛综合征,其主要临床表现是面部三叉神经分布区反复发作的阵发性剧痛,性质如针刺样、电击样或刀割样等,持续时间数秒到数分钟.多数患者在面部有＂扳机点＂,可由轻触、温度变化、面部运动或空气流动等刺激诱发疼痛.
