摘要
民间故事与法律同属人类精神生活,只是不同侧面,但关系密切;客家民间故事是民间法研究的重要对象,对客家民间故事的研究有助于当代法律建设。
Folk tales and folk law both belong to the spirit aspects of human beings,though they stress on different parts.They have a close relationship with each other.Researching Hakka folk tales is an essential subject of folk law,and it is also of great importance for the fully development of modern law.
