摘要
潘懋元教授是我国高等教育学科的主要创始人,见证了我国高等教育研究从"领域"走向"学科"的世纪转型。奥斯陆大学Arild Tjeldvoll教授采用叙事研究的方法,述论了潘懋元教授从一个教育研究的爱好者成长为一位中国高等教育家的历程,其最终成果英文版《Pan Maoyuan:A Founding Father of Chinese Higher Education Re-search》和中文版《潘懋元——一位中国高等教育学科的创始人》皆已出版。其著作既是了解中国高等教育学成长及其活动家奋斗的思想之旅,也是体验西方高等教育者的独特研究范式的行动之旅,它让我们对中国高等教育和高等教育学的未来充满信心。
As a main founder of Chinese higher education,Pan Maoyuan has witnessed the transformation of Chinese higher education research from being in some"field"to a"science"alone.Professor Arild Tjeldvoll from University of Oslo has published his work Pan Maoyuan:A Founding Father of Chinese Higher Education Research.and its Chinese translated version.In his work,Prof.Tjeldvoll adopts a narrative analysis method to shed light on Prof.Pan's experience from being a lover of higher education research to a high education scholar.It is a work for its readers to understand the course of Chinese thoughts on higher education and the fightings for it,and also to experience the particular research methodology by a western scholar.The Book gains us confidence of Chinese higher education and its research.
