An Analysis of Changes of Urban Land Price in Marginal Areas under the Background of New Rural Construction

借鉴有关理论,构建边缘城市土地租金与价格随城市扩展而变化的动态模型,分析静态模型下与动态模型下的城市土地租金与价格的不同构成,以及城市扩展进程中土地租金与价格的变动趋势;应用理论模型对新农村建设背景下边缘区域城市化进程中的部分土地相关问题进行探讨。

Based on related theories,this article establishes a dynamic model of changes in urban land rent and price in marginal cities with their expansion,analyzes the different compositions of urban land rent and price respectively under static model and dynamic model,and predicts the tendency of changes in the expansion process.Under the background of new rural construction,with theoretical models,it also probes into some related land issues aroused in the process of expansion in marginal cities.
