艾迪注射液联合化学药物治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌20例

20 Cases of Advanced Non-small Lung Cancer Treated by Herbal Preparation Eddy Injection with Chemotherapy

目的:比较艾迪注射液联合化学药物治疗与单纯化学药物治疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及不良反应。方法:观察组采用NP方案加艾迪注射液,对照组单用NP方案。结果:观察组比对照组有效率高,但差异无显著性(P>0.05);而化学药物治疗不良反应低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量改善观察组优于对照组。结论:艾迪注射液治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌中能显著减轻化学药物治疗引起的不良反应,对骨髓有保护作用,患者生活质量改善。

Objective：To compare the effect and adverse reaction of eddy injection with chemotherapy on advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods：the observation group were treated by NP scheme and eddy injection,control with NP scheme.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference（P 〉0.05）.The adverse reactions of chemical treatment are lower than that of the control group,there in significant difference（P〈0.05）.the quality of life in the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion：It can protect marrow and improve the quality of life,reduce adverse reaction.
