三参甘松汤治疗过早搏动疗效观察

Curative Effects of San shen gan Song Decoction in the Treatment of Premature Beats

目的:观察三参甘松汤治疗过早搏动疗效。方法:328例,随机分为2组,治疗组以三参甘松汤辨证加减,早晚2次服用,7d为1个疗程;对照组以心律平100-150mg,每日3次,口服,两组均连用1-4个疗程。结果:治疗组有效率84.7%,对照组有效率59.7%,两组比较,差异有显著意义。结论:三参甘松汤治疗早搏具有较好的远期疗效。

To observe the effect of San shen Song parameters for premature beats.Methods：328 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group were treated by San shen gan song tang,tidpo,7day as a course.Control group were treated by xinlvping,tidpo.Results：the effective rate was 84.7 %,the effective rate in the control was 59.7%.efficient differences are significant（P〈0.01）.Treatment group ventricular premature beat significant efficiency,Conclusion;Sanshengan song tang has good effect.
