参附健脾汤治疗功能性消化不良疗效分析

Analysis of Shenfu Jianpi Tang Decoction in the Treatment of Functional Attached Indigestion

目的:探讨参附健脾汤治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法:选取门诊近5a功能性消化不良患者50例,属于中医胃脘痛、痞满病证。病情较轻者为第1组27例,服自拟参附健脾汤2日1剂;病情较重者为第2组23例,服参附健脾汤每日1剂,观察治疗7d后以及28d后的疗效。结果:治疗7d后,2组有效率80%;治疗28d后,两组有效率92%。结论:参附健脾汤治疗功能性消化不良疗效确切,且具有便于携带、易于服用、经济等特点。

Objective：To explore the effect of shen fu jian pi tang in the treatment of functional indigestion.Methods：selecting 50 cases of patients with functional indigestion of nearly five years in our hospital outpatient,belong to Pi,weiwantong with disease.The illness is light for group 1,including 27 cases,spleen decoction taken and attach one.Serious condition for 2 groups 23 cases,shen fu jian pi decoction daily 1 attached.Observing to spleen decoction,attached oral treatment after July 28 d.Results：after treatment,the 2 groups efficient rate was 80%,After the treatment of 28 d：two groups of effective rate was 92%.Conclusion：and spleen decoction in the treatment of functional attached has definite effect,it is easy to carry,easy to use,economic and other characteristics.
