红外止咳贴佐治小儿肺炎临床疗效观察

The Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Infrared Stopping Cough Sticking on Child Pneumonia

目的:观察红外止咳贴佐治小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将96例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组;两组均常规治疗,治疗组加用红外止咳贴穴位贴敷,5d为1疗程。结果:治疗组治愈率为84%,对照组治愈率为60.9%,治疗组临床症状体征改善明显,疗效明显优于对照组。结论:红外止咳贴治疗小儿肺炎是一种较好的辅助治疗方法。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of infrared stopping cough sticking to treat child pneumonia.Methods：96 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control.Two groups were treated with conventional therapy and the treatment plus the acupoints spreading in the infrared stopping cough sticking.5 days was 1 course of treatment.Results：the cure rate was 84% in the treatment and the 60.9% in the control.The clinical symptoms and signs was obviously amelioration and the curative effect was better than control.Conclusion：the infrared stopping cough sticking was the better adjunctive therapy to treat child pneumonia that could shorten course of treatment and reduce the children＇s suffering and manipulate convenience to fit clinical application.
