止痛化癥片配合微波治疗仪治疗原发性痛经疗效观察

Clinical Obversation of Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhoea by Zhitong Huazheng Tablet Combined with Microwave Therapy

目的:观察止痛化癥片配合微波治疗仪治疗原发性痛经的疗效。方法:选择原发性痛经患者98例,口服止痛化癥片,6片/次,3次/d,于经前3d开始服用;同时进行微波治疗,治疗功率10-20W,每次20min,以患者感觉温热为宜。每月治疗5d,连续治疗3个月经周期。结果:98例患者中,治愈48例,有效43例,无效7例,有效率为92.8%。结论:止痛化癥片配合微波治疗仪治疗原发性痛经具有较好疗效。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of zhitong huazheng tablet combined with microwave therapy in treating primary dysmenorrhoea.Methods：98 patients with parimary dysmenorrhoea were selected and treated by zhitong huazheng tablet orally（6 tablets each time,3 times a day） before 3 days of menstruation,simultaneously by microwave therapy with power ranged from 10 to 20 W（20 minutes each time,5 days each month）,continuing the treatment for 3 menstrual periods.Results：Of 98 cases treated,48 cases cured,43 markedly effective,7 failed.The total effective rate was 92.8%.Conclusion：Zhitong huazheng tablet combined with microwave therapy has significant therapeutical effect on primary dysmenorrhoea.
