柴胡疏肝散加减治疗阴囊瘙痒症疗效对比观察

Clinical Observation of Chaihu ShuGan San in Treating Entrapement Ingredients Pruritus Scroti

目的:验证柴胡疏肝散加减治疗阴囊瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法:门诊选取124例随机分为两组,均给口服氯雷他啶片和外用赛庚啶霜,治疗组加用柴胡疏肝散。30d后评定疗效。结果:治疗组有效率92.31%,优于对照组38.98%。结论:配合中药柴胡疏肝散加减治疗阴囊瘙痒症效果极好。

Objective：To test clinical curative effect of chai hu shu Gan san in treating entrapement ingredients pruritus scroti.Methods：124 cases were randomly divided into two groups,given oral chlorine ray and the external esbl-and such-and-such acetamiprid frost,treatment group were added chai hu shu Gan san armeniacae amarum.After 30 d.the efficacy rate was evaluated..Results：the effective rate of treatment group is better than in control group,.Conclusion：the Chinese ShuGan entrapement ingredients with itchy disease treatment effect is good.
