月经失调中医药周期疗法治愈临床观察

Clinical Observation of Experience of Menstrual Disorder Ttreated

目的:观察中医药周期方法治疗月经失调的疗效。方法:观察330例年龄17-48岁,月经周期提前、月经周期延后(甚者闭经)、月经周期前、后不定期的妇女,用测量基础体温的方法(部分结合"B"超监测排卵情况及对性激素水平测定),在月经周期的不同时期内进行中医辨证,用中药进行周期治疗。结果:服药2-3个月经周期后,月经正常,显效者117例,服药期间月经正常,有效者204例,有效率97.27%。结论:中医、药周期治疗月经失调在临床上具有明显的调整月经周期的疗效。

Objective：To observe the effect of the cycle of TCM treatment＂artificial in treating menstrual disorders＂.Methods：to observe 330 patients aged 17-48 years old,the month by month in advance,periodic cycle after wrong（worse） and menstrual cycle amenorrhea,before and after the women.Using the method of measuring basic temperature part（＂B＂super monitoring ovulation and determination of sex hormone levels）,the different period in menstrual cycle was with TCM syndrome differentiation,treatment of TCM was using cycle.Results：2-3 months after the cycle,the normal,markedly effective 117 cases,who got 35.42% during menstruation normal,medicine,204,the rate of the effect was 97.23%.Conclusion：treatment of TCM,medicine cycle＂menstrual disorder＂has clinically effective apparent adjustment of the menstrual cycle.
