抚触对提高新生儿听力筛查的效果观察

Observation on effect of touching on improving newborn hearing screening

目的探讨抚触对提高新生儿听力筛查效果的影响。方法将接受听力筛查的696例足月新生儿按出生顺序分成观察组和对照组各348例。对照组予常规舒适护理后进行听力筛查;观察组在抚触后予常规舒适护理,再进行听力筛查。比较两组新生儿的测试状态和测试结果。结果观察组测试状态明显优于对照组(P<0.05);初筛成功率及筛查总成功率显著高于对照组(均P<0.01),单耳测试时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论抚触能使新生儿尽快地进入安静熟睡状态,因此缩短了测试时间,提高了测试结果的准确性。

Objective To explore the effect of touching on improving newborn hearing screening. Method Divide 696 term neonates undergoing hearing screening into observation group and control group equally. Newborns in control group receive hearing screening after routine nursing care. Newborns in observation group receive hearing screening after touching and routine nursing care. Compare the testing state and testing result of newborns in two groups. Result The testing state is obviously better in observation group than in control group（P〈0. 05）. The success rate of first screening and the total rate are obviously higher in observation group （P〈0. 01）. The testing time of single ear is obviously shorter in observation group（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Touching can make newborns enter quiet sleep state as soon as possible. It shortens the testing time and improves accuracy of testing result.
