摘要 在BP神经网络理论指导的基础上,从影响装备采购费用的因素出发,根据BP神经网络的多层结构,运用反向传播算法(BP算法)构建战斗机采购费用BP网络模型;同时,运用BP网络模型对已知采购价格的5种类型军事装备进行了采购费用估算和MATLAB仿真,取得了比较满意的结果,达到了提高装备采购费用的预测速度和精度的目的,显现了BP神经网络方法的优点,为军用装备采购价格的预测提供了一种新的有效的方法。 Taking into account the factors of equipment procurement costs and multi-layer structure of BP neural network, the BP network model was built on the aircraft procurement costs using back-propagation algorithm, which was under the guidance of BP neural network. Meanwhile, using the BP network model, the costs of procurement was estimated and a MATLAB simulation was made to the five of military equipment whose purchase price was known. The completed work had been fairly satisfactory results, which raised the costs of equipment procurement speed and precision of prediction, demonstrated the advantage of BP neural network, and provided a new effective method to forecast the price of procurement of military equipment.
