缺血后适应对脑保护作用的研究进展

摘要 缺血后适应是指在再灌注早期,重复给予几次短暂的血管闭塞与再通的过程,可明显减轻随后长时间再灌注引起的组织损伤。缺血后适应具有脑保护作用,与缺血预适应不同,缺血后适应在再灌注开始之后进行,符合临床治疗特点,有望在临床中开展。
