实习大专护生工作适应能力状况调查和分析

Investigation and analysis the staus quo of working adaptation ability of junior college nurse student during their practice

目的:调查实习大专护生的工作适应能力状况,探讨影响其工作适应能力的因素。方法:运用《艾森克人格问卷》、《中国大学生适应量表》和自制的大学生基本情况调查表,对2008年7月～2009年7月428名在东莞市二甲以上医院实习的护理学大学专科学生(实习大专护生)和169名在东莞市实习的普通高校理工类学生进行调查。结果:实习大专护生工作适应能力水平显著高于国内常模(P<0.05);实习大专护生人格特征对其适应性有显著影响(P<0.01);实习大专护生的工作适应能力受到自理能力、身体素质、教师期望、学习氛围及考证压力等因素影响(P<0.01)。结论:实习大专护生的工作适应能力水平总体较为乐观,但还需不断提高;其工作适应能力水平受到人格特征、自理能力、考证压力等因素影响。

Objective：To investigate the staus quo of working adaptation ability of junior college nurse student during their practice,and discuss the influence factors.Methods：428 nurse students and 169 technology students in Dongguan city from July 2008-July 2009 were investigated by Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,China College Student Adjustment Scale and Self College Student Basic Circs Questionanaire.Results：The working adaptation ability level was remarkable higher than China norm（P〈0.05）.The impact factors included self management ability,quality of body,teacher’s expectation,study atmosphere,and so on（P〈0.01）.Conlusion：The working adaptation ability level of junior college nurse student is the more optimistic,but it is also to improve.
