摘要
目的:探讨椎体成形术病人术前控制性进食的可行性及安全性。方法:将88例椎体成形术病人按入院顺序分成观察组、对照组各44例。对照组手术前晚正常进食,手术当天早晨开始禁食。观察组手术前晚正常进食,手术当日早晨仍可进食半流饮食,进食量为平时的60%。两组病人术后进食时间相同。比较两组病人术前口渴、饥饿、低血糖、腹部不适的发生情况;术中误吸、术后恶心、呕吐的发生情况。结果:观察组术前口渴、饥饿、低血糖、腹部不适的发生率显著低于对照组,术中误吸、术后恶心呕吐等情况两组之间差异无显著性。结论:对于择期局麻下行椎体成形术病人,术前2h仍可进食半流质饮食,可减少低血糖、消化性溃疡的发生。
Objective:To know the feasibility and the effects of preoperative control diet for patients with percutaneous vertebral kyphoplasty.Methods:Divided 88 patients with percutaneous vertebral kyphoplasty into the observation group and the control group according to their sequence enter the hospital.Routine fasting method was used in the control group and control diet was used in the observation group,then compared the incidence rate of fasting-related complications between the two groups.Results:The incidence rate of belly discomfort,thirstily,strvation and hypoglycemic during the operation of percutaneous vertebral kyphoplasty in the control group was significant higher than those of in the observation group,while there no significant difference about the incidence rate of postoperative complication between the two groups.Conclusion:For patients with percutaneous vertebral kyphoplasty use preoperative control diet,which can avoid certain complications.
