摘要
目的观察Mg2+、Fe3+对日本血吸虫毛蚴的趋向作用及其在"模拟钉螺"中的应用。方法采用改良Ro-berts比较法。结果加入1.00mol/L的Mg2+溶液时,实验组和对照组中日本血吸虫毛蚴的数目比为93和21(P<0.01);Fe3+浓度为0.05、0.10、0.25、0.50和1.00mol/L时,实验组和对照组中日本血吸虫毛蚴的数目比分别是8l和29(P<0.01)、24和5(P<0.01)、225和39(P<0.01)、41和7(P<0.01)、52和17(P<0.01)。一定配比的明胶混合物释放出的Fe3+吸引日本血吸虫毛蚴的能力强于钉螺处理过的水。结论适宜浓度的Mg2+和Fe3+能显著影响日本血吸虫毛蚴的趋向运动,"模拟钉螺"吸引日本血吸虫毛蚴的能力强于钉螺处理过的水。
Objective To observe the effect of Mg^2+ and Fe^3+ on the distribution of Schistosoma japonicum miracidia and use this information in simulated snails.Methods A modified form of Roberts' method of comparison was used.Results The ratio of S.japonicum miracidia for the experimental group and control group was 93:21(P0.01) when adding 1.00 mol/L Mg^2+.The ratio of S.japonicum miracidia for the experimental group and control group was respectively 81:29(P0.01),24:5(P0.01),225:39(P0.01),41:7(P0.01),and 52:17(P0.01) when the concentration of Fe^3+ was 0.05,0.10,0.25,0.50,and 1.00 mol/L.Fe^3+ released from a gelatin mixture with a certain proportion of Mg^2+ and Fe^3+ had greater ability to attract S.japonicum miracidia than water conditioned by snails.Conclusion Mg^2+ and Fe^3+ significantly affected the distribution of S.japonicum miracidia.Simulated snails had greater ability to attract S.japonicum miracidia than water conditioned by snails.
