血液净化专业护士应急能力的培养

Effects of Emergency Response Training for Professional Nurses of Blood Purifying

目的探讨对血液净化专业护士实施应急能力培养的方法及效果。方法成立应急能力培训小组,采用集中理论授课、急救技能示教,结合核心能力培养要求制定血液净化中突发事件应急预案流程,采用情景模拟进行分层级护士操作培训,并反复强化练习。培训小组每月每季度进行考核与评价。结果应急能力培训后专业护士的基本急救操作技能、专科应急预案处置能力、综合应急能力均较培训前明显提高,与培训前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);血液透析中低血压、血管通路血液外渗、血液透析长期留置导管相关感染发生率较培训前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在核心能力培养中注重血液净化专业护士应急能力的培训,可以强化血液净化专业护士急救意识,拓展急救知识,增强临床判断力和应急能力,减少血液净化突发事件发生率和医患纠纷,确保血液净化治疗护理质量与病人安全。

Objective To explore the effects of emergency response training on professional nurses of blood purifying. Methods A training group was set up to offer theories and skills on emergency rescue. Combined with the required core competence training, contingency plan for common blood-purifying accidents and emergency was drawn, and the manipulation training was performed through situational simulation and repeated intensely. Evaluation and assessment were conducted monthly and quarterly over individuals. Results For professional nurses of blood purifying, there were significant improvement in the aspects of first-Aid knowledge and skills, the ability of emergency response, comprehensive emergency response capability and the management quality of nursing dangers after the training. The differences were of statistical significances （P〈O.O1）. Conclusion Emergency response training in core competence training can enhance professional nurses＇ awareness of emergency and their teamwork spirits and capabilities of emergency response as well, then decease the morbidity of emergency and contradiction between doctors and patients.
