患者体外受精-胚胎移植后宫内合并宫外妊娠的护理

Nursing Care of Patients with Heterotopic Pregnancy after IVF-ET

总结17例体外受精-胚胎移植后宫内合并宫外妊娠患者的护理经验。分析患者特点,提供有效的心理护理;术前重视早期阴道流血的观察,及早发现异常,分析腹痛的性质并做好手术准备;术后宫内继续妊娠者予保胎护理,严密观察腹痛及阴道流血情况,做好各项健康宣教。本组患者经早期及时诊断、有效的手术治疗和专业化的整体护理后,除2例术前已发生胚胎停育外,10例术后继续妊娠并分娩,未发现母婴不良情况,3例胚胎停育行清宫术,2例仍在妊娠中,产检一切正常。

This paper is to summarize the experience of caring 17 cases with heterotopic pregnancy. The effective psychological nursing wAs provided base on the patients＇ characteristics, observation of early vaginal bleeding and analysis of abdominal pain were emphasized before and after surgery, and tocolytic care was given to the patients ongoing pregnancy. The operations for 15 patients were successfully performed.There were 2 embryos stopping growing before laparoscopic surgery. Pregnancy was kept in 10 patients after follow-up, 2 ongoing pregnancies and 3 abortions were obtained.
